The Rockley project is a dual occupancy development positioned on a 990 square metre east/west lot in leafy Rockley Road South Yarra, meters from the picturesque Rockley Gardens and minutes walk from the Toorak Rd and Chapel St junction.  The development comprises of two highly bespoke four bedroom townhouses that sit above large basements with each house occupying 600m2 of enclosed space.  As Developer and Builder, we engaged the services of Workroom who designed the architecture and interiors, and Nathan Burkett for the gardens.
