The Kent project was a very close collaboration between us and David Watson. The client approached us with a strict budget and a specific brief for a low maintenance modern home with multiple living areas for entertaining and relaxing. The house comprises of four bedrooms, five bathrooms, study and cosy retreat in addition to the main living/dining/kitchen area. Separate scullery, laundry, basement garaging and swimming pool complete the home which typifies empty-nester living at its finest.
