The Balwyn House was designed by Workroom Design and built by us in a 9 month period in 2014. The home spreads across 250m2 over one level and encompasses two bedrooms, two bathrooms, his and hers study, open plan living, dining and kitchen with butlers pantry and two car garage. The idea was to create an easy living, low maintenance single storey house that the retired owners could live in without having to downsize in their twilight years. The material pallet is organic and incorporates teak timber cladding, cement roman render, basalt tiling and Italian marble.
